You can order and pay online and just pick your order up at our shop.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Our shop is located on the 2nd floor of the Languages Internationale Building along Arnaiz Ave. It is across the road from the back of New World Hotel. You may check out the map here.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
It will be ready in 1-3 business days (this doesn't include Sunday and Monday, as we are closed then).
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?
You will be informed via SMS and email when your order is ready for pickup. Please note that if we do not get a response via SMS or email, we will likely end up shipping you your order once the storage period is over.
WHY IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT FEE FOR MY ORDER?
A deposit will be charged to your account upon checkout. This deposit will be refunded upon pickup of product. However, if products cannot be picked up within 3 calendar days of informing customer, the deposit cannot be claimed, and products will be shipped to customer's given address.
HOW DO I CLAIM MY ORDER?
Please approach our shop counter for claiming package. Please be sure to remember the name that you used to order (sometimes we can't figure names out when nicknames and married names come into the mix).
CAN I SEND SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
If you are sending someone else to pick your order up, kindly coordinate with us in advance via (+632) 734 5486 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT ANOTHER VENUE INSTEAD (LEGAZPI OR MANDALA PARK)?

HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY ORDER ASIDE BEFORE SHIPPING IT TO ME?
Once we text and email you (and get a response), we will hang on to your order for 3 calendar days after we have informed you that it is ready. After this, we will ship it to your given address. We are terribly sorry that we have to opt for this sometimes, as we have limited space in our shop and storage and often we cannot afford operationally to hang on to reservations for too long.
Unfortunately, our building is not ¨friendly¨ to PWDs. If you need us to bring your order to reception downstairs, kindly inform us at (+632) 734 5486 or firstname.lastname@example.org. You may also indicate it in the ¨notes¨ portion when you check out.
