SABA BANANA FLOUR (EASTERN SAMAR)

A gluten-free flour made from our own native green saba bananas! High in resistant starch, good for your tummy's flora. Definitely at least a mile more virtuous than the banana flours on the market made from aerial-sprayed, industrial export rejects.
