Good Food Sundays marketgoers and northern denizens can now receive a wider range of products, for pickup at our stall.
WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Please proceed to our stall at the Good Food Sunday market at Mandala Park at the parking lot near Puregold, Shaw Boulevard. Please click here for more information.
WHEN IS THE CUTOFF FOR SUNDAY PICKUPS?
Cutoff for a Sunday pickup is on Thursday.
HOW DO I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER IS READY?
You will be informed via SMS and email that your order will be ready for pickup on Sunday.
WHY IS THERE AN ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT FEE FOR MY ORDER?
A deposit will be charged to your account upon checkout. This deposit will be refunded upon pickup of product. If products are not picked up at Good Food Sundays, the deposit cannot be claimed, and products will be shipped to customer's given address.
HOW DO I CLAIM MY ORDER?
Please approach our booth to claim your package. Kindly prepare a valid ID. It would also be helpful if you had a digital or printed copy of the order.
CAN I SEND SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP MY ORDER?
If you are sending someone else to pick your order up, kindly coordinate with us in advance via (+632) 734 5486 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER AT ANOTHER VENUE INSTEAD (SHOP OR LEGAZPI SUNDAY MARKET)?
Sorry, but we cannot facilitate transfer of Sunday pickups to another venue.
HOW LONG WILL YOU HOLD MY ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING IT TO ME?
If items are unclaimed after scheduled Sunday pickups, we will ship them to your given address. They will not be returned to the shop. We are terribly sorry that we have to opt for this sometimes, as we have limited space in our shop and storage and often we cannot afford operationally to hang on to reservations for too long.
